If I put me back on the weekends, which I used to spend in the Office or get behind the computer to think makes it. I did it to facilitate the following week. I did it to make more money. I did it to prove what a hard worker, I was. I did it because I felt guilty myself for falling behind and I did it, because I had to do too much. All legitimate reasons, but none of my Chase always have me collected.
There was always more.
The illusion of bringing up goes something like: if I give up one full day/weekend/week and everything I like to do I can do everything done, that I do not to feel guilty. Then will I feel better, everyone's going to love me and all is right with the world. And, everything is complete.
The reality is that catch up with never ending. It is becoming more and more.
Stop the madness.
There everything is done, or it will not. Either way, you'll be okay. You can start, stop the madness by calling a catch up truce with the following:
- E-Mail. More, you send, the more you get. (otherwise known as vicious) Instead of having it for later save or retrieve E-mail 10 times but never responds to your mobile on the day, a solid email views a day. Respond to anything that requires a response. Be brief in response to the email, which does. Have a timer problems with the brevity sake, and challenge yourself, each email, to answer in 5 sentences or less.
- Sleep. Staying up to catch up on things working against you. You can't sleep an additional 3 hours on Saturday, to compensate for the sleep you lost on Wednesday. If you regularly to sleep and wake up at a similar time go, be alert, more focused and more effective. After a week of jetlag, I understand how lack of sleep can affect your daily activities. Sleep affect and endanger other health habits will catch up with you put further behind if you have not the energy you need for your work and life.
- News. If you read not the newspaper or watched the news in days, you need no CNN binge to catch up. There is hardly anything new about the news. All what you can expect is more hype, stress and anxiety. (Breaking news is broken.) Prepare your old newspapers and magazines. Turn on the TV and out going. Learn more about themselves and the world.
- Blog read. If your blog readers is full and you have hundreds or thousands of messages waiting for your attention, start again. You agree to read the blog to bankruptcy, and press the "delete all". This can be, that a good time to assess what is in your blog reader. Have you added a paleo blog last year, and now are more interested in updates from a Vegan blogger? Have you changed and lost after a blogger, the focus of your interest? It is fine to remove the blogs from your feed. There are to get more quality. Make room for what now for you the most meaning.
- Social media. If you are not Twitter or Facebook in days, not obliged to read everything, which was released while you were gone. You missed something and the chances are, what you have missed is being reviewed.
- Entertainment. You need be met completely not the latest TV, books, movies, games, music. It all will be available when you're ready and when you're not ready, thats ok too. It feels to let go everything is so much better than keeping.

If what yesterday to take care of you or what tomorrow has to do are attention, not your full attention on what's going on. How can you be interested your most creative, the most, and your best work, if you have undone fear of? Choice available sounds simple, but it's not. To practice, set a timer for 15 minutes, and vote your worries aside for this short period of time set, while in the commitment here and now.
2. forget F.O.M.O.
Why, would you like to keep your hands in everything and be complete up to date F.O.M.O. (afraid to Miss) is to read every email and blog post, tweet, Facebook update, so you don't want to miss anything. Maybe you is F.O.M.O., why you check the to see the news about gossip and have TV Marathon.
The problem with F.O.M.O is, the more you know, have, do... the more you know, have, do. Then, it is not enough to see all the Tweets and Facebook updates, but you have to click on the links and watch all YouTube videos and then comment or respond, so that everyone knows that you all have caught. After catching up on Facebook, you will may find that you far behind on everything else.
Stop. You will not miss and enjoy, have what you know, and more.

All of these strategies can help put a stop to regions that make up, but none of this will play a role, if you do not realize why you make up for so much time, and why you feel you are at a disadvantage. The answer is simple. It's too much. The cure? Less. Their own small. To do less.
The road from too much is much less isn't always easy, but necessary for your health, relationships and happiness.
If you have to keep busy, you won't have time to catch up on every case. Instead let go and start anew. This could mean email or blog reader bankruptcy, declare wild will be uninformed for a while, to miss your fear of addressing, and certainly means to let go.
Especially through stop to catch the game, you may notice that you already everything you need. The secret that it recognizes that you are already doing.
