10 Möglichkeiten, zu tun, was Sie nicht wollen

Life would be grand, if we wanted to do our fleeting hearts only, every moment of the day.

Unfortunately, the laundry, taxes and difficult conversations would never get done. The best book would never be written. All the achievements of humanity would have thought and not realised are.

What should we do if we a task are facing, what we don't want to do that? Now, we can run and finding a distraction. This works normally until it causes problems. Or we find a way to shit done.

Here's how to crap done.

  1. Meditate, why you need to do this. Rather than to the madness, sit there for a minute. Why do you need to perform this task, you do not want to do? Sure, because it is on your to-do list, or someone wants you to do it. You're getting paid, or someone must do it. But why? What helps accomplish this task? Who does it help? To dig deeper, and to find the good that you create in the world. If you have a dishwasher, you can not believe, always dirty dishes clean questions, but these courts are required to serve food and eating nourishes people and it can make them happy, and then you can go out and do something good in the world with a smile on her face.   2. Meditating on your fear. What do the task or want to do it, keeps the fearis. They fear fail or look bad, they fear the discomfort or confusion of the task. So, take a moment to look inside and see, this fear. Can feel it. Accept it as a part of you, not to run.

  4. Intention, no results. You are trapped with the results of task - what will happen if you do it, what mistakes could lead. So forget about the result - one cannot know what will be there at all. This is in the future. Focus your intention at the moment: why are you doing it? If it is to make the life of a loved one better, then that is your intention. This intention doesn't matter, the result of what is true. Focus, not something bad may or may not happen.
  5. They suck to embrace. Sucks do something difficult . It is not easy, and you're often confused about how to do, because you have done it much sooner. So what? Suck hard things, but life is not always peaches with rose on the top (and a pinch of cinnamon). It sucks sometimes, and that's totally fine. All life, to embrace of thorns and pits and all. Life would be boring without the suck. So smile, hug that suck and get moving.
  6. Treat yourself restrictions. We tend to rebel against restrictions: "I will not!"I want freedom!" Unfortunately means unlimited freedom have unlimited potential, unlimited distractions and nothing is done. Simplify by self tightening bonds: to do only one task at the same time. Do only this is a task for the first. Do it for 10 minutes. Banning is yourself for all other sites, check everything on your phone, or you can do everything what the distraction, to do, until you do these 10 minutes. Ask a friend to pull - a further restraint, which often helps you.
  7. Do you something, then stand up. You have to write something, you just write a sentence. Then get up, get some water, stretch. Patting itself on the back for getting started! Now a little more to do: to write a few more sentences. Standing up, a mental break (you don't go to another website), do a few pushups. Go back to do a bit more. Soon you are in the flow of it.
  8. Let not your opinion. Their opinion will run would. That's OK, that's the nature of the mind. They are afraid, and they become distraction, will streamline what is easy. View that happen, do not try to stop the phenomena, but cannot admit it. See the spirit to run, but would not act. Watch closely. It will calm down eventually.
  9. Finding gratitude. This task may seem hard or sucky, but actually there are many great things about it. For example, if you Hey do it for work, you've got a job!
